After you enter the church, you will notice the registration/check-in desk for kids as you turn the corner. We will meet your family at the desk and gather information from you to check your kid(s) into our system. One of our team members will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

• Parent/guardian name(s)
• Child’s name
• Child’s birthdate & year
• Home address
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

Our Church Staff will add you to the Riverside Church newsletter distribution, which will keep you informed of church happenings.

How Check-in Works

Ten Minutes Before Service:  You can check in your child(ren) with the RiverKids team member at the registration desk. We will print out two tags: one for you and your child. You will receive a matching name tag exclusive to your family and your visit on that specific day. Your child will need to wear the name tag, and you will need to hold onto the matching tag.

Directly after Service:  You will return to the registration/check-in desk for your child to be released back to you. Be sure to bring the matching tag with you.
